PFAS Cost Recovery Program Urgent Notice

The National Rural Water Association (NRWA) has announced an additional settlement of $750 million with TYCO Fire Products.

Once approved by the Court, this settlement will add to the already substantial sums allocated to resolve the claims of Public Water Systems across the country that have been impacted by actual or threatened contamination of their water with PFAS and will provide funds for remediation of water supplies saving millions of dollars for ratepayers and taxpayers.
