Darrel Leamaster | In Memoriam

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Darrel Leamaster, one of the founding board members of the Rural Water Association of Utah. Darrel was a dedicated public servant who devoted 32 years of his life to the betterment of Emery County. He also served as the RWAU Board President from 1994 - 1996, and did so with a deep care and understanding for the membership and communities those members served. We are forever grateful for the time he devoted to the association and the foundation he helped lay that has kept us serving the systems of Utah for the last 42 years.
