Job Description
Draper Irrigation/WaterPro is looking for a candidate to fill a full-time Water Operator Position. WaterPro prides itself on delivering clean safe drinking water to the residents of Draper Utah. Responsibilities:
- Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Mainline installation and repair
- Service connection repair/replacement
- Service connection installation
- Fire hydrant repair/replacement
- Water valve repair/replacement
- Pressure reducing valve maintenance
- Air vac maintenance
- Pump and filter maintenance
- Heavy equipment operation
- Hydro excavation operation
- 10 Wheel Dump truck
- Small power and hand held tool operation
- Customer/Contractor Interaction
- Work within a team environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pass Grade IV Operators exam (1yr of hire date)
- Ability to obtain Utah CDL with tanker endorsement (1yr of hire date)
