Basic CCR | 2025

Our Basic CCR is a clear, no-frills Word document that includes all required Consumer Confidence Report information—plus the certification letter you’ll need for compliance. It’s everything you need, delivered in a straightforward, easy-to-use format.
The Process
  1. Complete the CCR request form and payment.
  2. Your system will be added to our list
  3. We will send you a draft for approval
  4. After approval, we will send a finalized copy of the CCR to you and a copy to the DDW. We will also send you a certification letter you need to complete and submit to DDW.
The Details

Requests submitted between January 1st and May 1st are $100 for members and $150 for nonmembers. In order to take advantage of member pricing, make sure you are logged in!
