The registration system will ask you to select your Membership status (Member or Nonmember) and the booths will be priced accordingly.

Non-Member:

  • Indoor Exhibit Space | $500 | 10x10 Booth
Cancellation Policy
Refunds can be made up to one week before conference for a $100 fee. At which point no refund is permitted
Additional Information

Vendors are required to bring or buy a $100 prize for the Vendor Prize Giveaway, scheduled for Wednesday at lunch. 

Booths are 10' x 10' and include:

  • (1) 6ft Draped table
  • (2) Chairs
  • (1) Garbage can
  • Electrical is an ADDITIONAL cost through the conference center
In the event of a speaker cancellation, RWAU will utilize speakers from the database link above.

The Rural Water Fall Conference will be held at the Davis Conference Center in Layton, Utah.

The address is 1651 North 700 West, Layton, UT 84041. 

Booths can be shipped directly to the Conference Center (c/o Rural Water Conference).

Meals, Badges, & Booth Personnel
Each booth purchased comes with two (2) free badges for the vendor's booth personnel. Free badges must be registered through the website before August 15 to avoid the $50 fee. Additional booth attendee badges can be purchased for $50 each.

All reservations are handled directly with the hotel.

There are many hotels to choose from in the Layton area. The hotels listed here have offered our attendees a discounted rate.  Unless otherwise noted, when making your reservations with these hotels, mention you are with the Rural Water conference to get the specialty rate. And remember, hotels fill up quickly down there and most discounted rates expire a month before the Conference so make your reservations early!

    2. Rural Water is not in any way a party to hotel rates or accommodations. We have simply asked these hotels to give our attendees a discounted rate and they have agreed to do so. All hotel arrangements, rates and policies are at the discretion of the hotels themselves, and reservations, rates and agreements are between the hotel and the guest staying with them.
