In-depth preparation for the wastewater exam

This course will occur every month and is supposed to be in supplement to the RWAU Operator Certification Course that happens four times a year. These in-depth training are meant to cover topics in detail that will help operators prepare for the operator certification exam or Lagoons, Treatment, and Collections. The purpose of these classes is to help operators to study for certification exams, but they DO NOT supplement the need for personal study of the wastewater textbooks to prepare for the exam. Personally studying from the textbooks is vital to one's preparation to get certified. If you are unsure which textbook you need for a certification exam, check the link below.

This month's class will introduce the attendees to wastewater treatment, explain the regulations behind liquid and solids treatment, and give a basic overview of liquid treatment processes (Preliminary, Primary, and Secondary Treatment) and solids treatment processes (thickening, stabilization, and dewatering).
