Asset Management- Planning for the Inevitable | April 2024

In this class we will be going over all things asset management. The first session of the day will be going over asset management in general. After covering that, Dennis will cover what information is needed and how to collect that data. The third session of the day will go over how to create an asset management plan for your system. The final day session will cover getting your plan funded from the small details to the big ones.

There will be a separate shorter session in the evening that will give a generalized overview of what we talked about during the day. This session will focus on these aspects specifically for boards and town councils. This session will go from 6-8 PM.
