Event Details
Booths are 10 x 10 and the following is included for each booth:
- (1) 6-foot draped table
- (2) Chairs
- 110 Power
- Wi-fi Internet
- (2) Booth Attendee Passes (with meals for Wednesday and Thursday)
- Additional booth passes can be purchased for $50 before February 1st
- Booth extras and equipment (carpeting etc.) are ordered through the Dixie Center via the exhibit packet sent out in January
BOOTH SETUP
- Monday, February 23: 3 pm – 5 pm
- (for large indoor equipment BY REQUEST ONLY)
- Tuesday, February 24: 7 am – 5 pm
- Wednesday, February 25: 6 am – 7:30 am
EXHIBITING HOURS
- Wednesday, February 25: 7:30 am – 4 pm
- Thursday, February 26: 7:30 am – 1 pm
TAKE-DOWN
- Thursday, February 26: 1 pm
- (No booths are to be taken down UNTIL AFTER the 1 pm closing time. No carts or forklifts are allowed on the aisle carpet. Carpet removal will begin when the exhibit hall closes at 1 pm.)
MEMBER RATES: You will need to have a current membership and be LOGGED IN to your profile to get member pricing when you register. Make sure to LOG IN above before you begin your registration for accurate pricing and record retention on your profile.
