Ryan Goodrich

Ryan Goodrich is a water and sewer professional who has been in the industry for 16 years. He began his career at Tridell-Lapoint Water Improvement District as a plant operator and currently is the District Manager for Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District. He has been heavily involved in the design, construction, and commissioning of two water treatment facilities, with an additional 2 MGD expansion currently underway. Ryan has experience and expertise in almost every aspect of the water and sewer industry. This includes, but is not limited to, areas of source protection, water conservation, master plan studies, hydraulic models, impact fee studies, capital improvement projects, funding acquisition, project management, lift station design, collection system O&M, employee management, State and Federal reporting requirements, and more. He has level IV certifications in both Water Distribution and Water Treatments, as well as Collections III certifications. In addition, he has training or certifications in Water Rights, Utility Management, Source Protection, Cross Connection Control, Human Resources, and Board Member Training.
Ryan has a passion for the water and sewer industry, with special interest in technology implementation, SCADA systems, and GIS use and integration.
