Philip Harold

Phil received an Associate’s degree in CADD. Before coming to the Rural Water Association of Utah, Phil was the public works director for the city of Genola for sixteen years. As the public works director, Phil managed the waterways, roads, and parks. Phil has an affinity for public speaking through his 25 years of radio experience. He is currently the wastewater Specialist for the Rural Water Association of Utah and holds his WW Small Systems and Collections II Certifications.
