Nora Garcia

Nora started with the AVWSID 21 years ago as a front office receptionist. Currently she is the District Clerk/Office Manager. Nora is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, and is the certified records keeper and certified GRAMA officer for the State Of Utah. Nora has has been certified in Personnel and Board member training, certified training for Human Resources and a Notary Public in and for the State of Utah.
