Janell Braithwaite

Janell has worked in the public service setting for over 40 years and specifically with public utilities for 16 years; 10 years as a City Recorder and 6 years as the Management Technician for the Rural Water Association of Utah. With Janell's experience in customer service, management, and the government settings, she is able to travel the state assisting drinking water systems with various management tasks such as asset management plans, water rate analysis, budgets, funding capital improvement, depreciation, and emergency savings, engineering acquisition, funding applications and procurement, compliance and rules assistance, and capacity development and master planning. She spends a lot of time educating councils and boards on management techniques to improve their infrastructure, usually leaving them tools to function at a higher level while preparing for the sustainability of their system for years to come.
