Lunch tickets (wristbands) are available for spouses or partners of conference attendees by selecting the "extra lunch" add-on at registration. After a lunch wristbands is purchased, the wristband(s) will be placed in the attendee packet for pick-up at conference check-in. The correct wristband for the correct day (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) must be worn for entrance to the exhibit hall and access to the lunch. Name badges will not be printed for add-on lunch tickets.
Spouses or partners who are not registered for the conference will not be allowed in training sessions.
All hotel reservations are handled directly with the hotel. There are many hotels to choose from in the St. George area. The hotels listed here have offered our attendees a discounted rate. Unless otherwise noted, when making your reservations with these hotels, mention you are with the Rural Water conference to get the specialty rate. Remember, hotels fill up quickly down there and most discounted rates expire a month before the conference; so make your reservations early!
