The professional publication style report is a great way to improve your entity's public relations by giving your customers the necessary information in a professional, creative, readable, and affordable way! This option includes all aspects of the basic report PLUS a personalized digital CCR brochure to send out to your customers.

Process to Compile: 

• Request RWAU to complete CCR by filing out the CCR request form (all relevant fields must be filled out)
• RWAU will put your system on a list of publication CCRs to complete
  • Your system's report will be done in the order it was requested
• Once RWAU receives the report, an RWAU representative will complete the basic CCR with which all information in the publication report will come from.
  • After the basic report has been compiled, RWAU will reach out to you for style, colors, and design preferences
• Once the first draft is complete, a PDF rough draft will be sent to your system representative for review
  • If approved, RWAU will work your system on distribution whether that be printing, outsourcing, our online distribution
• Once approved and finalized, RWAU will send the basic copy to your system representative to print, sign, and send it to the DDW
  • RWAU will also send a copy of the basic (unsigned) CCR to the DDW

• Requested between January 1st - May 1st:

  • $550 for Nonmembers
• Requested after May 1st:
  • $600 for Members
  • $650 for Nonmembers
