Basic CCR | 2024

The Basic CCR is a Word document report that includes all required information and a certification letter.

Process to Complete:

1. Fill out the CCR request form to have RWAU complete your report.

2. RWAU will add your system to the Basic CCR list and complete reports in the order they are requested.

3. RWAU will send you a draft for approval.

4. If approved, your representative prints, signs, and sends it to the DDW. If not, RWAU will work with you until it’s approved.

5. RWAU will also send an unsigned copy of the CCR to the DDW.

Prices & Deadlines: 

• Requested from January 1st - May 1st:
  • $100 for Members
  • $150 for Nonmembers
• Requested after May 1st:
  • $150 for Members
  • $200 for Nonmembers
